Patient care and services is provided for each patient according to applicable law and regulation and accepted standards of practice.
Advantage Home Health Plus Inc.’s staff provides care, treatment and services to each patient according to individualized plan of care. We believe that the delivery of home care should be based upon fundamental ethical principles. At time of admission, Advantage Home Health Plus Inc. will provide each patient with a statement of the scope of services provided directly and/or through contractual/written agreement.

- Each patient will be provided in writing the actual dollar amount, if any, of payment responsibility.
- An on-call nurse is available and may be contacted by the answering service 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week.
